Cocoa is the first team in this project to make the Final Four in its class all 11 seasons. Unfortunately for head coaches Johnny Wilkinson and Ryan Schneider, they had a Booker T. Washington problem. BTW dominated the class with a four-peat from 2012-2015. Finally a senior-laden Cocoa team got over the hump in 2016 and won a fourth title for Wilkinson. The Tigers returned to the title game twice more, but Raines beat the Tigers in the title game twice.

Wilkinson has since left to coach a New Smyrna Beach and Schneider continued to the Cocoa run, actually winning another state title in 2022 under the new algnment. BTW dominated under head coach Ice Harris. He left for a couple of years and the Tornadoes fell out, but would return to the title scene in 2019.

Bolles was always around the title, but only one in 2011, which would be Corky Rogers' last title. Give credit to Raines, who chopped that tree until finally breaking through in 2015 to get to the final and winning in 2017 and 2018. As the decade closed it was Cardinal Gibbons' time to shine.
