2015: Viera, Columbia, St. Thomas Aquinas (c) (3), Braden River
2016: Plant, Robert E. Lee, St. Thomas Aquinas (c) (4), Venice
2017: Bartram Trail, Plant (2), Venice (c) (2), St. Thomas Aquinas (5)
2018: Lakeland (c) (2), Edgewater, St. Thomas Aquinas (6), Venice (3)

Yep. This classification has belonged to St. Thomas Aquinas for a while. Seven titles in 11 years and not much room for anyone else to breathe. Lakeland had a good squad in 2018 and Venice fought their way past Aquinas in 2017. There were a lot of teams on here with 2-3 year runs. East Lake had some good squads. Manatee played for a state title in 2009, won in 2011 and probably had a better squad in 2012.
Edgewater had a two-year run at the end of the decade and probably gave Aquinas as tough of a challenge as anyone in those 2019 and 2020 championship games. Not too much to see here overall. Aquinas was the big dog in this class.
